Ajna Guided Meditation is an interactive virtual reality experience that helps users learn how to breathe and focus. The program includes a relaxing guided meditation and visual cues in the form of a growing and shrinking light. This proof-of-concept has been in development for a few months and is intended to be one of many guided meditations that users can choose from a main menu.
All models were created using Blender and Meshroom with photogrammetry. This project involved a deeper dive into Unity, including two scenes and more complex code. The intensity and range of the lights are controlled by a sphere with an emissive material that grows and shrinks. There are also particle systems for falling leaves on Japanese maple trees, a functioning light switch that increases the intensity of two lights, and an exit door to close the program. Through this project, I learned how to animate interactively using code, control parameters through multiple scripts, and much more.
I welcome any feedback you may have on this project.
